Hey There Paula, My phone is: 978-838-0455 jayden348@hotmail.com People can contact me at any time. Just tell them to put your name in the subject so it doesn't accidentally get deleted. Jenn _____________________________________________________________________________ STEPHS23@aol.com Stephanie bought a mare named Blossom from me recently. "Paula, Hi... Blossom is doing well. rode Her yesterday in the ring. She threw a shoe though so I have to get that replaced. She's settled in quite well with all the other mares and She seems happy. I'm really Happy with Her. I would not mind at all if you give people my e-mail address. that would be fine. If you still need me to write an e-mail let me know. Hope all is well. Take care, Stephanie.." ________________________________________________________________________ This is Su, she bought a 16 year old Morgan mare from us, for competitive trail riding. "and yes, as soon as I get a chance, I'll write up a testimonial you can offer to whoever asks. Would love to talk with each person, but this email I'm writing now constitutes as much free time I can steal from work. in the meantime, feel free to use my name when you're talking about satisfied customers! Will send something along as soon as I can. Take care, and say howdy to Morgan for us! Su" _________________________________________________________________ This is from Mike, he bought an 18.1 hand draft horse I trained from me, two years ago. He is from Maryland, and came up here and camped here for the weekend to learn how I trained the horse and take him for several ride/drives before making his decision. machael.rinehart@nist.gov "Good to here from you, I had no problem with the sale of Zach from you to me. He was exactly what you said he was. Probably the best way to do this is for them to e-mail me directly. I only have a computer at work, so sometimes it takes a little time for me to get back to them depending on how busy I am. The very best way to do it is to have them call me at home only because I hate typing.( I'm just slow at it). Have no fear, I would not give you a bad reference. Zach has turned into a very nice trail horse. He is ridden three to four times a week, and I drive him alot double with Ori. He is a very easy keeper, and has gotten huge, and I love him to death. Stay in touch, Mike" _________________________________________________________________________________ This is from Rita, she bought a draft cross named Diesel from us, about two months ago. david_rita@compuserve.com "Hi Paula, Diesel is doing just fine. He is the lowest horse in the pecking order in his herd; our boy Mick is the boss. But Diesel is learning horsey social skills! Diesel has learned to pick up his feet nicely and the farrier has trimmed him twice now. We all love him! The funny thing about him is he is so good with the kids at the barn. Tell Morgan that Diesel says hi! I'm going to attach a recent pic of him. I don't mind if people emailed me or if you pass this on to them. Just have them put your name in the subject line so I don't accidently delete the email. :) Diesel was EXACTLY as you represented him. We have had no surprises. I found you very easy to do business with and really appreciated you having a list of vets for the vet check. I also appreciated the fact that you gave us a break and kept Diesel for us for that extra week while we found transportion and a barn for him while his stall was being worked on. take care Rita " ___________________________________________________________________________ Melinda bought a 5 year old draft mare that Zuli and I bought as halter broken and trained ourselves to ride/drive. "To any and all! Just wanted to pass on my experience buying a gorgeous 5 year old Belgian mare, Ginger, from Paula. In a nutshell it was as pleasant as it could be. We started by contacting Paula through e-mail. She was quick to reply and full of information. She was more than happy to answer any and all of our questions. It took us some time to coordinate our first visit. Paula was more than happy to spend as much time as we wanted once we got to western Massachusetts. We asked Paula to ride Ginger first, and she was more than happy to let our entire visiting troop get up and ride so we could have several opinions about her. Once again, all questions were happily addressed. It was another three weeks until we made it out for our second visit with many e-mails in between. All the while, Paula continued to work with Ginger to refine her skills! Our second visit was as fun as the first, more riders, more opinions and the temptation of another horse, Diesel, who Paula had just aquired. Paula was once again more than happy to let everyone have a go with Diesel while we visited. But as lovely as he was, Ginger was really the right horse for our situation as first time horse buyers/owners. After our second visit, we decided on Ginger, sent a deposit, contingent on prepurchase vet exam. Paula supplied us with names of vets in the area that she did not use for us to contact. All went well. Paula was also happy to keep Ginger an extra few weeks while we sorted out transportation issues. When all was said and done all I can say is it was a very enjoyable experience, especially since this was all new terrain for us. I'm happy to chat with anyone who may have any questions. Hope you end up with a match as wonderful as ours! Melinda Morgan 135 Bacon St. Natick, MA 01760 linmorg3@aol.com " ___________________________________________________________________________________ Kristina bought a lovely qh pony mare that we sold, she stands 14.1, and has really cleaned up at the shows, she sent me some wonderful pictures of her and Roxy winning the blues at the state fair! If you are wondering about the "whoa" thing, this horse has the best brakes I have EVER seen on any horse in my lifetime, and you just had to whisper whoa, and she would come to a complete stop from a canter. KrispyKritter24@aol.com "Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I have been at the fair since Sunday. Roxy won her very first class today. It was maiden pleasure. I ride her in a rubber bit and pretty much throw the reins away. I'll have to send you pictures. She did very well with my dad too. She has been awesome. She did get over the whoa thing. i was cantering her and my boyfriend said whoa and she did but i went flying off of her and it scared her pretty good. Other than that she has been great. If you want to give out my email that is fine. I'm not sure when I will have time to write something up for you because I will be taking Roxy to more shows since she cleaned up today. Thank you so much. We love her. Kristina " ________________________________________________________________________________________ Haley bought a 15 year old pony gelding from us, Jimmy, recently, and they seem VERY happy with him. "Hi Puala and Morgan! Just wanted to give you a quick update on Jim. He trailered home great. We settled him into his new stall last night. Casey, my little sister fell in love with him as he came off the trailer. The girls rode him this morning and he was PERFECT! I've never seen Casey look so happy on a pony. He is a true gem and i can't thank you enough. I'll send picutes as soon as I have them! Thank you!!! ~Haley" ________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is from Sherri, she bought the prettiest black and white pinto mare from me, she was exactly the same size as Dutchess, Morgan's pony. I can't give you Sherri's email address, because it is her work Email, but she told me to feel free to send YOUR email address to her, if you would like her to email you directly regarding her dealings with my farm. "I purchased a mini horse from Paula a few years ago. I saw an ad Paula posted on Equinesite and emailed her for more details. She was very pleasant to deal with and answered every single question I sent her way (which were many, since she is over 2 hours away and I didn't want to make the drive if I wasn't confident in what I was taking a look at). When I made the decision to take the drive and see the mini, I was not disappointed. She was everything Paula said she was. I took her home and have never had one complaint. She's a wonderful little horse. I am currently working with Paula to find a dependable horse for my guests to trail ride on. I have the utmost confidence that she will match me with just what I need. Chico is going fine & is really happy where we have him in a full board barn in Norfolk. He is a great pony and is teaching Samantha alot about horses. He is also fat as a pig and will be doing lots of trail riding and training to get that off him. We love him & everyone else does too! He is definitely the pocket pony you described, I'll send you and Morgan a picture. By the way, did Morgan's pony foal? Thanks for everything, Susan Bannon _________________________________________ Things are going well with Sassy. The longer I am around her the more I like her. I have a couple of kids riding her. She takes some getting used to because her trot is so big. Her gaits will smooth out but her bigness is very favorable as a dressage prospect. And except for biting me in the bum one time she has not made any mistakes. (She never bit me in the bum again...). Hope all is well at your place. Holly _______________________________________ HI Paula!!! Dyna is doing GREAT!!! I had the vet out, got some antibiotics for her swollen back leg from "scratches". I rode her last Friday and she was fine. She's coming around nicely and has a very sweet personality. I love her!!! Thank you soooo much. Stacey
"Apache" is all settled in and doing great. I rode him yesterday and today walk/trot/canter and over a few xrails. He was perfect, what a great 3 year old. The horses are warming up to him more, and he got to run around the field a little bit. So everything is fine, and thanks so much again. He is such a sweetie. Sincerely Shelley Heckles ________________________________________ Paula, thanks for every thing..It was great meeting you..We come to Lancaster very often, we will have to stop to see both you and John when we get down there again.. Please say thanks to John for us!!! I would love the pics of the Amish kids and the helicopter when you have time.. Donna _______________________________________________ everybody loves him! rick and maria nicknamed him theoadorable. such a sweet, good boy. and i am not letting him get away with any nonsense. i have put him in his place, and you were absolutely right, he accepts it and behaves. rode him last thursday, had him shod friday, had caley, my little dressage trainer ride him sunday and me again yesterday. we are working on inside leg to outside rein to get him to reach for the bit and he is learning that really fast. he is a very good boy and a nice horse, paula. you can add me to your testimonials. if you ever want something sincere written for your website, i will be glad to do it. you spent alot of time with me and you hooked me up with the right horse. i would not hesitate to come to you again. and i just might talk to you about harness, etc, but not this minute. thanks ginny ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Paula, Hey there, I just wanted to let you know the ride home took forever, but all went well. Mike is settled into his temporary home and as expected everyone is in love with him. The harness that I had fit him like a glove, so I was able to take him for a drive today. Cars were flying by us and he could care less. What a man!!! Just wanted to drop a note and say thank you for selling me such a great guy. I can hardly wait for christmas to give him to Dusty!! Thank you Jenn ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________ hello, I wanted to let you know that the pony you sold me (buckskin paint), who we have named "Nikito" is an absolute angel. He has been nothing but perfect with the kids, and he has been to a bunch of local shows and placed really well! He has even started jumping courses up to 2'6", and he is extremeley brave! He has really turned out to be a great pony, I hope everything worked out with moving into the area well. Thanks again Shelley Heckles _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Dear Paula, I wanted to thank you for all your time and patience..Things did not work out with my first horse and you saw to it, that you found a suitable horse to replace him.... I know I drove you crazy and you went through a lot of horses to find "Sport"..You did a great job.... If you need a character reference for any potential buyer, I am here for you.. You found the perfect horse, in every way.."Sport" is a dream!!! Many thanks to you, John & Morgan... Donna & John Kerrick ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Hi Paula - I really appreciate your efforts on my behalf. You are one of the most honest horse dealers I have met. I will be away Labor Day weekend. School begins tomorrow, so my "extra" time is now very limited. Martin is a lovely pony and would probably work well for my program at school. I've recently come into an unexpected major expense, the furnace in our house needs replacing, so my "pony money" is now going to keep us warm this winter. I will continue to recommend both you and your equines to my friends and students. It was a pleasure meeting you and Morgan. Liz Webb ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Good morning, I just wanted to let you know that Risky is doing well. He was certainly the ideal match for me. I take lessons with him every week and ride as often as I can in between. On days that I do not ride I spend extra time grooming him and visiting with him. He is a good listener! Risky is admired by everyone in the barn not only because he is handsome (they love his long mane) but also for his impeccable barn manners. We all love him! Just wanted to check in and see if you had received Risky's registration papers yet. Hope all is well with you. Jeri Van Leer Paula: Just wanted to say thank you. Monty has taken to our Major big time -- don't see any problem when it comes to hooking them together. And yes -- the color is oh so close, build perfect -- and when we get Monty's feet done correctly -- he will be the same height. Now -- as to Smudge -- he is one perfect doll. Turned him out with our three hackneys yesterday -- and all four of them played and played, and ran and ran and had fun. When it was time to come in -- he came up to both Gary and I -- no problem. Loves the apple treats -- and also carrotts. Can you tell that we love him dearly. Hope your trip home was okay -- and thanks ever so much. An early Xmas present to both of us. Ronnie Again..I thank you very much for this little guy and that the whole transaction went so smoothly. Take Care and Have Happy Holidays!! Patty
